Job Type: Assistant Administrator

Position Overview:

Grace Christian Church – Église Chrétienne De La Grâce is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to serve as an Assistant Administrator. The Assistant Administrator will work closely with the administrative team to support the efficient operation of church administration and ministry activities. This position requires a commitment to Christian values and principles, as well as integrity in financial matters.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be an active member at GCC-ECGG
  • Must have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
  • Must be baptized.
  • Must be honest and demonstrate integrity in financial matters.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the church office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  2. Support the administrative team in coordinating church events, meetings, and activities.
  3. Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to church membership, attendance, and financial contributions.
  4. Aid in preparing and distributing church communications, including newsletters, flyers, and announcements.
  5. Provide administrative support to church committees, ministries, and staff as needed.
  6. Assist in managing church facilities, including scheduling and coordinating room reservations and facility maintenance.
  7. Support the financial administration of the church, including processing payments, recording expenses, and managing budgets.
  8. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for church leadership and members.
  9. Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure compliance with church policies and procedures.
  10. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Administrator or church leadership.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to support church events and activities.
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
